Nursery Progress

Will and I have been working very hard on getting the nursery done. All we need now is a rug, some curtains, a changing table and we should be done. Thought you all would enjoy seeing the progress.

Ho Hum

Sorry I haven't updated in a while. Nothing much new is happening except LOTS of heartburn!!!! We are getting closer to finally picking the name. We are going back and forth on the middle name Grayce (pronounced Grace) or Gray. Any opinions???? I start going to the OB every two weeks now, how fun!!!

Practicing with Baxter

We just couldn't resist practicing putting diapers on the cat.....needless to say he was not too happy with us!!! Everything is going well this week, Haley is kicking stronger and stronger everyday.

Still a Girl

We had another ultrasound today, and yes Bogey is still a girl. Everything looks good. Haley was playing with her feet the whole time during the ultrasound. We got some really good pictures this time too. There is a really good one I posted in the photo album of her nose and lips. The next OB appointment is in 4 more weeks.

Half Way!!!

I'm now little over half way there!!! Haley is kicking and moving more and more everyday. Last night she was kicking up a storm and Will was finally able to feel it, and I think I actually saw my belly move when she kicked a few times. The next ultrasound is scheduled for next Monday. I've been feeling pretty good, a little tired, and not sleeping well at night.

Shopping!!!!

So Will and I were at Babies R' Us last weekend, and saw this really nice crib at a really good price and couldn't pass it up!!! I found the bedding at Pottery Barn on clearance several weeks ago. We also registered for baby stuff that day, I just couldn't wait any longer.....let the fun stuff begin!!!! (There are more pics of the crib and bedding in the photo albums)

Thump!!!

I haven't felt Haley moving around too much until today. I was sitting at home doing paperwork, and felt a "thump, thump, thump". I pressed down on my belly with my hand and I swear I felt something that went with those little thumps!!! Won't be long until they are kicks and punches!!

My Goodness

Ok, so I am starting to get over the inital shock that Will and I are having a girl. I still can't believe it, it seems so much more real now. For a name, so far we will probably go with Haley. Will's middle name is Hale. We haven't decided 100%.

Boy or Girl???

Bogey is a GIRL!!!!!! We had our 18 week ultrasound today, and the tech was very certain it is a girl. She was not in the best position to be able to see some of her anatomy, like the heart, so I'm going to have another ultrasound on Nov 1.

Wiggle???

I think I felt Bogey moving today. It only lasted a few seconds, I'm fairly certain it wasn't gas this time. Tomorrow is the big day....is Bogey a girl or boy????

What Happened to My Pants???!!!

I'm am finally starting to show a little bit and can't button my pants!!!! Our next ultrasound is scheduled for October 5, and if Bogey cooperates, we will be able to find out what it is!!!

Second Ultrasound

I'm starting to feel human again. The sickness is finally fading but I am still pretty tired. Will and I went to the Dr today for the 1st trimester ultrasound. Everything looked good. Bogey was very active, squirming all around. Kicking a lot, sucking its thumb, and hiccuping. Very cool to actually see something that resembles a baby!!! Only about 5 more weeks to see if Bogey is a he or a she!!!!

Feeling Yucky

I saw the nurse practitioner today for a check-up. Everything looks good so far. I have been pretty miserable for the last 5 weeks, constantly nauseous. I hope the nausea goes away soon (so does Will, I've been an absolute nightmare to live with!!) I will probably have another ultrasound in a few weeks, but won't be able to find out what little Bogey is until about 18 weeks....won't be long though!!

First Ultrasound

We had our first ultrasound today. Everything looked great. The due date stayed the same....March 9. The hearbeat was also good, 124bpm. Our next appointment is August 17th. I've been pretty much constantly nauseous all week, hoping it gets better soon!!!!

Quick Update

I've been feeling pretty good this week. I am really tired though. Its very hard to get up in the morning and hard to stay awake in the afternoons. I'm having a little nausea every now and then, but haven't thrown up....yet I'm hungry all the time but never know what I want to eat. Only 6 more days until our first ultrasound!!

First OB Appointment

Had my first OB appointment, now it is really official!!!! The first ultrasound is scheduled for 7-20-07.

The Proof!!!

Try to argue with a digital test, it can't be done! I took a digital test at 5:30am and it said "pregnant" in big bold words! We told our parents today.

One Line or Two???

Is that one line or two.....I think it is two!! Will thinks I'm seeing things. I will try again tomorrow!!!
